With Digital Folio, customers collect all the electronic information they gather on any product or service into a single resource they can then view, share, enhance, and usewherever they are—at home on a desktop, in a business that offers customer Internet access, anywhere on a smartphone or other web-enabled handheld device.
After adding the Digital Folio widget to their Internet browser's toolbar and signing up for the Digital Folio service, a customer can open Digital Folio on any site that contains content they'd like to save in a Digital Folio file. Then they simply drag and click to collect and compare photos, features, prices, availability, reviews…and keep it all together in a resource that's accessible, immediate, and very user-friendly. Next, customers can take all this information with them—to their favorite store, car dealership, home builder, or travel agency, for example—and further enhance it with additional resources provided immediately by knowledgeable sales staff or, with personal photos taken of products in-store or elsewhere. All this can be received by the customer electronically, stored in a Digital Folio file, and shared with friends, family members, and in-store sales staff anytime, anywhere.
